By accessing and using Anzel Money ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Anzel Money provides algorithmic trading tools, market data analysis, and trade automation services for Indian stock markets (NSE, BSE) and cryptocurrency exchanges. Our platform is designed to assist traders in executing their strategies but does not provide financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our services. You must have valid trading accounts with supported brokers. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Trading Risks

Trading in securities and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that algorithmic trading carries additional risks including but not limited to technical failures, connectivity issues, and market volatility.

6. SEBI Compliance

All algorithmic trading activities conducted through our platform must comply with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring their trading strategies meet all regulatory requirements including order limits and risk management norms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Anzel Money are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anzel Money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
